Can you develop resin & polyresin magnets from our artwork?
Share artwork you own or are authorised to use, landmark references and approximate dimensions. The construction and artwork preparation are reviewed for the selected design.
Can we use an existing design?
Send the reference image and identify the shape you like. Current availability, design usage and ordering conditions need confirmation; an existing design is not a statement of ready stock.
What is the MOQ for resin & polyresin fridge magnets?
The standard reference MOQ is 1,440 pcs per design. List the quantity for each design separately; mixed-design arrangements and any changes to construction or packaging should be reviewed with the quotation.
What should we check in the sample?
Relief definition, small lettering, colour consistency and magnet attachment. Record the approved specification and packaging requirements before confirming production.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Include artwork or reference, material, target dimensions, quantities per design, packaging, delivery country and any fixed arrival date. Sample charges and timing are confirmed with the quotation.
Can a detailed landmark be made smaller without losing the design?
Not every detail scales down equally. Identify the landmark features and text that must remain recognisable, agree the intended dimensions, then review the relief and lettering in a physical sample. Simplifying the artwork needs your approval.
What are the sample and production times?
The standard reference is 7-10 days for samples and 30-35 days for production. Confirm the schedule for the selected design, sample review and order details. Production time does not include transport to your destination.
Are resin fridge magnets always hand painted?
No. Resin / polyresin describes the body, not a single colouring process. Our resin range includes hand painting and UV printing. The completed Madrid order used UV printing for every coloured area, without hand painting. Confirm the process for the selected design and approve the actual physical sample.
Is UV printing always cheaper or faster than hand painting?
Do not assume a fixed price or timing advantage from the process name. Compare quotations using the same artwork, dimensions, quantity per design, packaging and sample requirements. The Madrid project completed physical samples in about 5–7 days after artwork completion; that is a project record, not a guaranteed schedule for every design.
Can a 3D resin souvenir magnet start from a 2D drawing?
A drawing or landmark reference can be the starting brief. Agree the outline, intended dimensions, relief depth, lettering and colour areas before development. Details may need adjustment for the selected construction; approve those changes before tooling and review the physical sample before production.
Does approving a digital preview replace approving a physical sample?
No. A digital preview helps review composition, wording and proposed colour placement. It cannot confirm the actual size, relief, surface finish, weight, magnetic backing or packed product. Record the physical sample and written specification used for production approval.
How should mold or tooling charges be quoted?
Ask which design or component each charge covers, what revisions are included and which changes require new tooling. Agree ownership, permitted use, storage and reorder arrangements in writing. Charges and reuse conditions are confirmed for the actual project, rather than assumed from an image or a previous order.
Can several resin designs share one minimum order quantity?
A collection total does not automatically replace the MOQ for each design. List the quantity for every shape and artwork version, then request any mixed-design proposal as a separate quotation option. Review tooling, colour work, backing and packaging for each design before agreeing the arrangement.
What affects the price of a custom souvenir magnet?
The selected material, dimensions, construction, artwork detail, finish, quantity per design, development work and packaging all help define a quotation. Ask for tooling, samples, production, packaging and delivery charges to be identified so quotations can be compared on the same basis.
How should we plan production and delivery timing?
Share the required arrival date and delivery country at the start. Request separate confirmation of artwork or tooling work, sample review, production after approval and transport. Revisions and destination requirements can change the plan; use the material-specific reference times above as a starting point rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
What should we confirm for sales in the US or Europe?
Tell us the sales country, intended user and how the product will be marketed. Confirm which requirements and documents apply to the actual construction before ordering. A decorative souvenir is not automatically a toy, and a material name or unrelated test report does not prove the finished product meets your requirements.
